Details:

The Activity List displays status changes and new message information in reverse chronological order (most recent events first). This type of display is best when you wish to monitor status changes for users in more than one workgroup.

The Activity List can be configured to popup automatically whenever changes occur. It remains open, and additional activity is added to the list until you acknowledge the changes or press the snooze button, which causes StatusView to minimize for a pre-defined snooze interval. After the snooze interval, the Activity List pops up again to remind you of the changes.

Note the following:

• Changes appear in chronological order, and each is time-stamped.
• Status changes show the user's new status, and expected return time, as well as their workgroup name and personal comment, if any.
• Only your messages appear in the Activity List on your PC.
• Message entries show your name, as well as who the message is from and the message subject.
• If you do have messages, you can move directly to them from the Activity List.
