The Message Box lists all of your messages in chronological order:

Details:

The Message Box summarizes all of your messages in chronological order, with the newest messages at the top.

Note the following:

• The Message Box can be configured to automatically popup when you receive new messages.
• Clicking on the Snooze button will minimize the Message Box for a preset time, when it will once again popup to remind you of your new messages.

• Urgent messages always appear before all other messages, and are marked with an exclamation point (!).
• Confidential messages are marked with an asterisk (*).
• In this example, Marilyn is viewing her own message box, so she can view the subject of the confidential message from James Robertson to herself.
• If you open someone else's message box, the subject of any confidential message will be hidden, and you cannot read or print such a message. (Exception: If you are the sender of a confidential message, you can access the message when viewing the receiver's Message Box.)
• You can select multiple messages and print or delete them as a group.
