The Administration Utility lets you create, delete, and change workgroup names. There is no limit to the number of workgroups (except in the free unregistered version, which is limited to two workgroups). Typically, you will want to group people together who are most likely to be interested in each other's status.
If you decide to change a workgroup name, all users assigned to that workgroup will remain together under the new name. You can also move individual users from one workgroup to another, using either the Administration Utility, or the main program when the database is online and in use.
