Details:

Users can be maintained from the Administration Utility, while the database is offline, and all copies of StatusView have been shutdown. However, user maintenance can also be done from within the main StatusView program while the database is in use, and all users are working normally.

Note: When setting up StatusView for the first time, it is usually more efficient to enter most of your users from within the Administration Utility, which runs in a special Configuration Assistant mode.
