Your Registered License will entitle a designated contact person to receive product support for ninety (90) days following the date on which your license is issued. Specify the name of the person who will be the authorized support contact for StatusView, if different from the name provided above:

If you do not yet have StatusView software, you can choose to download it after you complete this registration form, or you can request floppy disk media (3.5" 1.44MB only) to be sent to the address given above. There is no charge to download StatusView. If you request disk media, a shipping and handling charge will be added to your registration fee.
