Overview

StatusView is an easy-to-use application which runs under Windows on networked or standalone PCs and provides the following basic capabilities:

• Tracking and display of where your coworkers are and when they'll be back.
• Electronic intra-office messaging.

StatusView can be used in two ways:

1. Networked - All personnel running StatusView on their networked PCs have instant access to status information and messages. Users can be automatically notified of status changes or new messages. This configuration is appropriate for any organization which has networked PCs. It offers full use of StatusView's features, and the greatest convenience for everyone in your office.
2. Standalone - Any individual running StatusView on their standalone PC has a convenient way to record and track status information and messages. This configuration is appropriate for organizations which do not have a PC network. The receptionist can run StatusView on his/her standalone PC, providing a convenient and efficient way to monitor and maintain status information and messages, without relying on marker board, hand-written documents, etc.

License Fees

The StatusView setup program includes a free Unregistered License*, which permits unlimited use for up to 20 users. A Registered License can be purchased at any time, which increases the user limit, gives access to additional StatusView features, and entitles the Licensee to product support.
