Contacting Technical Support
- Registered users receive no-charge product support for 90
days from the date of registration.
- Registered users can receive product support for a fee of
$45 per incident following the expiration of the 90-day support period.
- Unregistered users are not entitled to product support.
If you are an unregistered user, you can submit your questions,
problems, etc. by using our comment
form.
Our technical staff is available Monday through Friday, from
8:30am to 4:30pm EST, except for holidays. To request product support:
